During his time at Nyanga National Park, he:

• Used GIS mapping to track ecosystem health and plan conservation efforts
• Designed data-driven monitoring systems for long-term impact assessment

His fieldwork taught him that sustainability isn’t just about protecting nature, it’s about understanding it deeply and measuring progress responsibly.From Field to FrameworkTransitioning from the wild to the world of healthcare management, Rufaro applied the same principles of precision, compliance, and accountability. As a Revenue Cycle Manager, he developed strong process and reporting systems, skills he now applies to sustainability operations:
